Jewellery Purchases

Jewellery may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase against a valid invoice, subject to deductions for wastage and making charges.

Savings Scheme

Wallet balances are convertible into jewellery, coins or bars. Cash refunds of savings deposits are processed only as per scheme terms.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange repair or replacement at no cost.
